A tutoring firm focusing primarily on math and English is eyeing Odessa as a new market, Sharon Peterson, franchise field director for Best in Class, said.

Based in Seattle, Wash., Best in Class has been in business for more than 20 years and has been franchising for about five years. “Expansion in Texas has really been tremendous over the last couple of months. We actually opened our first location in the entire state in October 2013 in Katy. Shortly after, we opened a second location in Dallas,” Peterson said.
